My Account

The My Account section is your central location for all of your Royal Corporation information. In My Account, you can change your Logon and password information and perform queries of Invoices, Purchase History, Open Orders and Open Accounts Receivable. These web queries allow you to view transaction information for shipping locations assigned to you both placed online or processed by our customer service. You will have access to advanced Shopping Tools and setup Default Shipping Information to speedup the checkout process.

Logon / Password updates
Here you can change your Login ID or your Password. Click the Edit Info button under either the Logon (for password) or Personal Information (for email address). Enter the new values as prompted. Note that the Logon ID must be a valid email address.

Web Queries
Invoices is where you can view your Royal Corporation invoices within a specified date range. You can search for a particular Invoice by either an Invoice Number or a PO Number. If you need an invoice copy, click the Invoice number to display the invoice in pdf which can be printed or saved.

Purchase History is where you can view your Royal Corporation order history within a specified date range. You can search for a particular Past Purchase by either an Invoice Number or an Item Code. The purchase history is listed by item code and you can click on the item code to view the details within the specified date range.

Open Orders is where you can view all of your Open Orders from Royal Corporation within a specified date range. You can search for a particular Open Order by either an Order Number or a PO Number. Click on the order number to view the order details.

Open Quotes is where you can view all of your Open Quotes from Royal Corporation within a specified date range. You can search for a particular Open Quote by either an Order Number or a PO Number.

Open A/R is where you can view your Royal Corporation open Accounts Receivable within a specified date range. You have an option to view a complete Account Statement with invoice aging. You can view an invoice details in pdf which can be printed or saved.

The Advanced Shopping Tools are designed to speedup your future purchasing sessions on www.royal-paper.com.

My Shopping Lists is designed for you to add items that your frequently purchase to a shopping list. Items saved in a shopping list can then be added to your cart without you having to search the site for that item. For more information on this feature, click here.

Quick Order Pad allows you to quickly add a series of items to your shopping cart and then checkout. Using the Quick Order Pad is easy, simply enter the Royal Item Code and Quantity for the item that you want to purchase click the Add To Cart button and proceed to the Checkout process.
